Over the years, we have developed our own successful approach to project management. This approach can be applied to all possible retail sectors where quality and timing are of great importance. Sports and clothing are our core sectors.

Our approach to project management focuses primarily on close cooperation with the client and the responsible architect. In addition, we coordinate and manage the construction team with our own professionals and permanent subcontractors. .

We think along with the architect and the client as much as possible, both in terms of content and project. Therefore, involve us as early as possible in the project. In this way, our expertise yields maximum return.

We take care of every technical component of the shop building: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floors, (fire) doors, plasterboard work, project furniture, etc. You can also count on us for the realization and coordination of shops-in-shop.

With our own professionals, we carry out the plasterboard work and install the project furniture. For the other components, we work together with our regular subcontractors under our coordination, control and responsibility.

These subcontractors are fully in tune with each other, which means that we function as one construction team on site that completes the job together according to the agreed timing.

When necessary, our implementation teams will effortlessly put in an extra effort at night and during the weekends.

Every day a store is closed costs money. We can perfectly strip and restyle an existing store within a few weeks.
