As the responsible contractor, we coordinate and manage the construction team. This team consists of our own professionals and trusted subcontractors. These subcontractors are permanent partners who know each other and are familiar with our approach. On site, all parties work together as one close-knit team.

We completely relieve the client of the finishing and furnishing of his office buildings. As a responsible contractor, we take on full coordination, planning and control.
We are responsible for every technical component of office furnishing: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, painting, lighting, (fire) doors, floors, plasterboard work, project furniture, etc.
Our Our own professionals are responsible for all plasterboard work and the production and installation of the fixed custom furniture. We entrust the other aspects of the furnishing project to our permanent subcontractors under our coordination and responsibility.
